We'll be moving to new construction out of NYS and Barry, Luke and Team were recommended to us by a friend which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. It was August 2021 and our new home will not be ready until June 2022. Barry suggested we market our present home for June 2022 occupancy with a lease back to us until June 2022.
